Lock Replacements & Upgrades
Fixed in a single visit: Wherever possible we will try to service your existing lock. However, we stock most common locks on our mobile service so in most cases we repair or replace all locks on a single visit. These include 5 lever and 3 lever deadlocks, Yale locks, Night Latches, Euro Cylinders, and multipoint locking systems, among others
UPVC & Composite Door alignment
UPVC and composite doors with multipoint locking systems are very common in the UK. Over time doors and buildings can move and locks and hinges can become worn. Once this happens, additional stress is put on the locking mechanism when the door is operated. We have all felt the rough, crunchy handle as we struggle to get the key to turn to lock the UPVC door. Often, all that is needed is a door alignment and some maintenance. This can reduce stress on the mechanism, improve the operation of the door, and in some cases extend the life of the existing MPL mechanism. This maintenance can potentially avoid a more expensive issue of a door failing in the locked position, needing difficult gaining entry techniques and a whole new MPL. Key Cutting onsite, for the locks we fit
We can cut keys on-site for the locks we supply and fit. This gives the benefit of cutting the exact number of keys you want, and testing them all on-site to ensure they work perfectly. This is especially useful for communal access in multiple occupancy properties where multiple keys are required.
